According to a recent Realtor poll, the most coveted feature for an Orange County Home Buyer is a backyard. The second was hardwood floors and granite counters.

 

Homes are being built closer and closer together to allow for more homes on limited space and at higher prices. One person had to say they wanted “A neighbor’s wall that is more than 10 feet from my own.” However, I don’t see this trend changing anytime soon.
