• 3-city sales totaled 145 – that’s +25% vs. a year ago. Countywide, sales were +2% vs. a year ago.
• Of the 3 cities’ 5 ZIP codes, 3 had sales gains vs. a year ago while 0 had a gain in their median selling price vs. a year ago.
• 0 of these 5 ZIP codes beat the 2.4% overall performance of the countywide median for the past year.
